Maple Kale Chips


- about 250 g of kale

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- maple syrup and lemon juice

- salt


Preheat oven to 130°C. Wash kale leaves, spin dry and tear into chip-sized pieces. Toss with oil and drizzle with maple syrup and lemon juice.


Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in the oven. During baking, briefly open the oven door every 5 min or so to allow moisture to escape. Remove when crisp and still green (approx. 30 min), taking care not to let them blaken.


Sprinkle with salt and enjoy.
