Crostini with Tomme and Maple Jelly

  • Baguette

  • Tomme

  • Maple jelly

  • Thyme

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toast baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 3 minutes until crispy.

Cut Tomme into slices and place the baguette pieces.

Bake the crostinis in the upper half of the oven for about 2 minutes until the cheese lightly melts. Spread some maple jelly on each tomme slice. Season with thyme and pepper. Serve with a green salad.
