2 tbsp maple sugar
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp boiling water
mix with a hand mixer for 2-3 min until thickened or whip by hand, it'll just take a bit longer. (If you use a hand mixer, do not do it in a large salad bowl because it'll spray your entire kitchen with coffee and sugar...!).
Pour maple syrup into a bowl and dip the rim of a glass in it. Then dip the glass into another bowl filled with crumbled cookies (like maple sablés).
Pour cold (or hot) milk of your choice in glass, add the coffee mix and enjoy!
