An alternative to refined and artificial sugars, our maple sugar is handcrafted in Switzerland using organic maple syrup from our Erablière des Aigles in Canada.

 

Just like maple syrup, maple sugar is rich in manganese and riboflavin and contains polyphenols, which have antioxidant properties.

 

Maple sugar is a perfect replacement for table sugar in all recipes (1:1 ratio), and it tastes delicious in yogurt and as a sweetener for your beverages!

 

The color of our maple sugar can vary from a light to a dark shade, and the granulometry also exhibits a natural diversity. These nuances are an expression of the natural origin and artisanal processing of our product.
