Rice Pudding with Maple Syrup

  • 125 g of round rice (for ex. nana from

  • 50 g maple syrup

  • 500 ml of milk

  • a pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 25 min while stiring regularly.

Serve with maple puffs, maple granola and some maple spread! :-)
