Quick maple & oatmeal cookies

- 130 g 100% natural crunchy peanut butter

- 60 g oatmeal

- 25 ml maple syrup

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix the oats in a blender to a very fine consistency. Use a spoon to mix with peanut butter and maple syrup (add a little more maple syrup/flakes if necessary).

Form into small balls and flatten with a fork on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake in middle of oven for 7-10 minutes. Let cool.
