Peanut butter & maple bites

- 210 g rolled oats

- 35 g crushed flaxseeds

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 170 g peanut butter

- 60 ml maple syrup

- 100 g finely chopped dark chocolate

- 135 g crushed pretzels

- 1 tbsp maple butter

- flaky sea salt

Add the oats to a blender and pulse until most of the oats are broken up into very small pieces. Add to a bowl along with all the other ingredients except the sea salt and maple butter. Mix well and add 4-5 tbsp of water until the dough sticks well together.

Roll the dough into bite sized balls. Before eating, coat with some maple butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
