Maple Cookies


- 165 g maple sugar

- 100 g softened butter

- 30 g rapeseed oil

- 1 egg

- 190 g flour

- 1 tsp. baking powder

- 1 pinch of salt

- 145 g whole rollled oats

- a handful of almonds, nuts or chocolate chips


Mix maple sugar, butter and oil. Add egg. Mix dry ingredients and incorporate.


Form balls of dough and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly.


Bake 20-25 min in the middle of the oven at 180°C.
