Maple, chocolate and peanut butter bars


- 200g almond flour (or ground almonds)

- pinch of salt

- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

- 2 tbsp maple syrup

Mix all ingredients and press down in a square pan on parchment paper. Cook for 10 minutes at 200°C.

Peanut butter layer

- 160 g crunchy or smooth peanut butter

- 80 ml maple syrup

- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

- pinch of salt

Heat ingredients in small pan and stir until bubbles form. Pour over slightly cooled crust and place in fridge for at least an hour.

Chocolate topping

- 150 g dark chocolate

- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Melt over very low heat and stir until smooth. Pour over peanut butter layer and let cool in fridge for another hour. Cut in bars en enjoy! Also delicious frozen.
