Cherry Muffins

Recipe for a tray of 12 muffins

- 150 g maple sugar

- 200 g flour

- 1 tsp. baking powder

- 75 g ground almonds

- 1 pinch of salt

- 150 ml rapeseed oil

- 3 eggs

- 150 g plain yogurt

- 250 g pitted cherries

- maple sugar for sprinkling

Mix flour, baking powder, almonds, maple sugar and salt. Mix butter, eggs and yogurt separately, mix with dry ingredients. Quickly stir in cherries, pour into oiled baking sheet or with molds. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with maple sugar.
