Apple Maple Crumble


- 800 g apples, seeded and diced

- 150 g maple sugar

- 90 g butter, softened

- 75 g flour

- 50 g oatmeal

- 1 pinch of salt


In a bowl, mix the diced apples with half of the maple sugar and spread in a 20 cm square pan.


In the same bowl, mix the remaining maple sugar with the rest of the ingredients with your fingers until the mixture sticks together. Cover the apples with the crumble.


Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Let cool a little before serving.
