Fall salad with feta, apples & maple

• Green salad, washed and chopped into pieces

• Crumbled feta

• Sunflower seeds

• 2 apples, sliced

Salad Dressing:

• 50 ml maple syrup

• 3 tbsp mayonnaise

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

• 1 tbsp mustard

• Pepper and salt

Blend the dressing ingredients with a mixer and serve over the salad mix with feta, sunflower seeds, and apples.
