Mint and Maple Ice Tea


Nothing like a mint ice tea sweetened with maple syrup to keep you hydrated during the hot summer days! :-)


Simply brew about a cup of black tea with fresh mint leaves in a large jug for 10 minutes. Fill jug with cold water. Add maple syrup and lemon juice to taste and let chill in the fridge overnight (or with ice cubes) leaving the tea bag and mint leaves in.
