- 250 g flour
- 125 g maple sugar
- 80 g rolled oats
- 100 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2,5 dl of cream
Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix the dry ingredients, add the eggs and cream, mix with a fork. Divide the mixture among the twelve cavities of a muffin tin prepared beforehand (paper muffin cups or oil and flour).
Crumble:
- 20 g rolled oats
- 15 g flour
- 30 g maple sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 20 g cold butter
Mix the dry ingredients, add the butter cut in small pieces and incorporate it with the fingertips, which will give a crumbly mixture. Spread this mixture on the uncooked muffins, press lightly with the back of a spoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (fan oven) for 25 to 30 minutes.
