
- 60 g maple sugar
- 150 g softened butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g flour
Mix the maple sugar with the butter and salt. Add the flour and form into a roll of about 5-6 cm in diameter on a little flour, wrap in cling film. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Cut shortbread into 5-7 mm wide pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven at 200°C. Remove and let cool.
